Please note that all items will be shipped within 48 hours of purchase unless stated otherwise.

If your item(s) are not quite right for you here is what we can do for you: 

Swimwear and Accessories

Return for Store Credit Only (no exchanges) 

Follow the instructions below to return items postmarked within 10 days of delivery date. Any packages returned to our warehouse outside of the 10 days will be subject to a 10% restocking fee which will be deducted from the store credit amount. We allow a 14 days grace period however if you order is returned after this it will unfortunately be declined. Please ensure conditions below are met before returning. HHQ does not offer complimentary RMA's (return labels) at present. It is the customers' responsibility to pay the shipping fees associated with returning the package. Once your return has been received, Store Credit in the form of an e-Gift card will be issued which can be used immediately on the purchase of your exchange items. Store credit will be issued in the amount of the subtotal only. Returns are processed within 72 business hours of being received. 

Unfortunately, we do not accommodate exchanges for purchases made as we cannot guarantee the item purchased will be in-stock in the size or style desired at the time of processing return. We currently only offer store credit for returns only! 

Conditions 

Items must be in their original condition. If swimwear, with sanitary protection labels in place. IF SANITARY STRIP IS NOT ATTACHED TO SWIMSUIT OR THE LABELS NOT ON THE CLOTHING, THE ITEM WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY BE REFUSED!  

Please note: We do not accept items that have been worn, abused, altered, soiled, stained, washed, or damaged in any way. Please avoid getting makeup, deodorant, tanning cream, any bodily fluids, and other similar stains on items when trying on. Items received in such condition will be rejected and returned to the customer. Customer will be responsible for the shipping fees to have the damage/worn item returned to them. Please note that swimwear sold as a set must be returned as a set. If only top/bottom is received, the package will be refused. 

We strongly suggest you do not remove your underwear when you first try on garments until you are sure that the fit and style are to your liking. 

Clothing

If your item has all tags and labels attached, remains unworn, unwashed, unsoiled and is returned within 10 days of it being received please return your item along with the returns slip that you receive in your delivery package. We will send you an email to make you aware that we have received your item and you will receive a refund within 5 – 7 working days. The customer will be responsible for all costs of shipping (including taxes)

Sales and Clearance Items 

Items purchased on sale are Final Sale and cannot be returned (including for e-Gift cards). Promotions such as Her HQ Charity Support or any promotional offers are considered final sale and not allowed to be returned. All clearance items will be marked ‘FINAL SALE’ 

Damaged or Defective Goods 

We take pride in our products and undergo quality checks before being shipped to you. In the unlikely event you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order and we will make every attempt to replace it with the same or like item.

International Orders 

Please note for all international returns all shipping fees, customs and/or duties any other such fees are the responsibility of the customer. 

Domestic Orders 

Please note for all domestic returns, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees to have the item(s) returned to us. 

STORE POLICY 

HHQ does not allow refunds for Swimwear or accessories at present. Please refer to our returns policy and shipping policy for entire store policy details

Modify or cancel an order 

We are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us. If we have mailed off a package and it is returned to us (packages marked return to sender) due to an incorrect/ undeliverable address, we will issue store credit for the net total minus the shipping fee. You will be held responsible for the initial cost of shipping the package.
